For Returns:

- We do accept returns of new, unused accessories with original tags and packaging. Accessories must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

- Returns must be started within 15 days of delivery.

- Start a refund by emailing returns@bougiebeachvida.com with your order number.

To make an exchange, it is best to complete your return and place a new order.

For Cancellations:

- Cancellations up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, will be fully refunded.  All others will be treated as a Return. 

- Please use the Contact form on the website for all Cancellations.

Processing:

- All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed after 5 PM ET Friday will begin to process Monday.

- Allow 2-5 business days for standard processing

Shipping & Transit:

- We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75+.

- Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.

- We ship Priority Mail with USPS. Please allow 2-5 days transit time. 

- Once your order has been processed by USPS, you will be provided with a Tracking Number.
